Shipping Times

Please note that delivery times can vary based on the destination country. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. If you prefer to use an alternative shipping method, please contact us for a quote. 

Free and Flat Rate Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will apply. You will typically receive your package within 6–10 business days. All packages are shipped from our warehouse in China, and we generally process orders within 48 hours. If our shipping partner cannot deliver to your country or region, we will use e-packet shipping.

Tracking Your Order

All shipping methods include a tracking number. To track your order, enter your tracking number at 17track.net or check the status using your order number and billing email here. Please note that if the package has not yet arrived in your country, there may be additional information in the Chinese section on 17track.

Currency, Tax & Customs

All prices are in USD. The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties that may be applied after the package arrives in their home country. We are not responsible for delayed packages held for customs inspection. If you are in the EU and want to minimize delays upon entry, please provide a VAT number at checkout to ensure timely delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled and refunded. In these cases, a 3.5% fee will be charged to cover our payment processing fees. 

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. So, if you want to cancel your order, please do it within this time frame.

Teas and teaware will be packed as safely and effectively as possible to ensure safe arrival. If your product is found to be damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible by either replacement or refund.
